* Our lucky draw aims to boost exposure for small local businesses aimed at tourists. Below is the general criteria:

Business Type: Eligible businesses must be small, local tourist-focused establishments, such as bed and breakfasts, boutique hotels, restaurants, bars, massage shops, boxing clubs, etc.

Location: Businesses must be located within the Khao Lak geographic area or region to ensure they contribute to the local tourism industry.

Size and Scope: Participants should have a limited scale of operations, catering to a niche or local market rather than being large-scale enterprises.

Exclusion of Large Businesses: Businesses categorized as 4-5 star resorts/hotels and those not primarily aimed at tourists are excluded from participation to prioritize support for smaller enterprises.

Verification Process: Each signup will be reviewed by our team to ensure compliance with the eligibility criteria and alignment with the purpose of the lucky draw.

Right to Remove Signups: We retain the right to remove any signups that do not meet the specified criteria or if there are concerns about eligibility or compliance. Multiple entries for the same business will be flagged and banned from participation.

Purpose of the Lucky Draw: The primary goal of the lucky draw is to boost exposure and support for small local tourist businesses, thereby contributing to the local economy and community development.
